Good chilli morning to you all :)
Well another awesome session down this morning, and now Im at work...how exciting ;-/ but its all good as I have tomorrow and Monday off work, also on Tuesday I start a new position at work that has been offered to me! Its similar to what I do now (Secretariat work) but ill also be learning SAP Fiancials. Im happy to learn new things as it will make the next 5 months go quicker and also ill have more experience so I can look at different jobs...ill still work in the Government when I move and hopefully just look at getting a transfer back into the Dept of Health. Already have afew contacts there so that shouldnt be a problem.

So training is really going off at the moment, Im really happy with my fitness levels especially with my cardio. A few bloggers have asked about the Max's Hydroxy + that I am taking, so here is a run down.
I got them on Fri 8 June and took my first 2 tabs on the morning of Sat 9 June with half a protein shake. We headed off to the gym and on my way there I felt really buzzy, heart rate slightly elevated. Jumped on the treadmill and did an awesome cardio session. My energy was really high and I was totally sweating it out. I then took my next 2 tabs around 11.30 with another shake.
The bottle said up to 5 a day but I thought id start with 4 tabs a day, 2 before training with a half protein shake and a coffee and 2 about 30mins before lunch.
I did this for the first 2 weeks and then upped it to one more tab at about 3pm, so that would be my 5 per day.
After approx 4 days of taking them I lost that buzzy feeling but still had an energy effect from them and still to this day I have that effect. With taking the Hydroxys I tightened up my nutrition and drink about 2.5/3L water each day, I also take them on the weekends and rest day.
I also increased the intensity of my cardio and on some days went longer with cardio then I usually do. Like to use up that energy I have :)
So the effects are higher energy levels and with that I push harder in my training also staying focussed on my nutrition and the result is loosing body fat and getting leaner. On the weekends I still enjoy being free with my nutrition and having a beer or some wine but on the weekdays Im 100% with my nutrition.
Ive also been weight training 4 days a week and doing cardio 6 days.

The bottle also says it reduces appetite (I didnt notice this really) and it also says it blocks carb conversion to fat. I got it at Mr Supplement and it was $49.95 for 100 tabs, should last about a month. ($10 for postage)

smashed it

Smashed my cardio this morning, Im really in competition with myself to better my times and distances that I do. I did 5.8km in 30mins today on the tready!!! Started my warm up at level 10.5 and at 5mins I took it up to level 12. Ran at this level till 20mins then did 10mins of intervals ranging from level 12 to 13.5. Felt so strong and even thinking now I could have gone a bit harder! Well there is always tomorrow ;)
Afterwards I did some lighter weights supersetting leg press at 100kg and bicep curls using the 7.5kg dbs. Very happy with the changes in making in not only my body but my fitness levels.
Next goal is to do 6km in 30mins, probably take me a few weeks to get there but Im sure I have what it takes!!

So its raining (again) in the ACT today..I really dont like not seeing the sun,kinda makes you feel alittle down. My dog isnt happy as he isnt getting his walks much at the moment as its been pouring by time I get home from work and since I go to the gym at 5.30am there isnt time in the morning....well there could be but with the cold temps here in the mornings me and my dog are happy to stay snuggled in our beds as long as we can!lol.

Got a call from the builder yesterday and our block has had the bulldozers finish their work and the plumber will be there this week :) Checked off my calendar this morning and we have 150 days to go :-D yes I am counting down by the day!!

Well id better head off my stomach is calling for some more food!

Wow can you believe its Tuesday 3 July already!!!Crazy!!!!!Training has been absolutely AWESOME!! been doing some great cardio sessions too! Getting out 5.5km in 30mins on the treadmill and my warmups are starting at level 10.5. So Im very happy with that.

My boyfriend commented the other day that he could really see my results. That made me feel on top of the world. Its funny I know I am getting results but I am always pretty hard on myself..but then I feel that being hard only makes you push harder with your training and nutrition. Pete has also taken to training in the mornings with me and although we dont train side by side its cool having him there. His now benching the 65kg db's!!!and his body has some awesome gains ;) me likely that Lol!
My roomie has also been putting in the hard yards at the gym and Im so proud of her,its taken a while to get her in a routine with it and also stick to a program :) but she is there now and thats all that matters.

So our block of land has some bulldozers starting on the levelling this week and then the building of the house begins!! So exciting and I cant believe we are now only 5months till we move :)
Ive also saved enough money to now get all our equipment for our at home gym. We have found a guy in Brisbane who designs coomercial gym gear so we will put through our order very soon. Cause Pete lifts so much we have to get some seriously big dumb bells!!!be funny seeing them at our house instead of the gym.

On other exciting news its our combined 30th this weekend :-D We are having a get together in Wollongong as its much to cold in Canberra to expect people to come here and visit for it.
Ive got a Limo booked to pick up my parents, my brother, roomie and Pete and I for a 1 hour trip around Wollongong and then we will be dropped off at the brewery. Which is a cool lounge / bar in Wollongong right on the beach! After that we'll head out for some dinner and then to dance it up at a few night clubs ;) Been ages since Ive even been out to a night club!
So Zel and I have our totally fabulous dresses for the night, Im so looking to getting all dressed up! This Friday I have the day off work to get my hair done as well.

So excited about turning 30 as this year is a huge year for me and Pete, with building our home in QLD, getting our own gym, making new friends...and getting out of ACT!!! Lol that cant come quick enough! I grew up on the coast and can not wait to get back there..something so calming for me living near the water.
